I have been a school governor for twelve years.  My own children attended Tewin School when we moved to the village 30 odd years ago and having retired, am very pleased to be involved with something that has been so important to us as a family.  Currently I have three grandchildren at Tewin Cowper and it is delightful to see them grow in confidence in such a nurturing school.  Tewin has a great sense of community and I believe that the school is at the heart of the village.  We are so lucky to have such welcoming and happy staff and am thoroughly enjoying my role as Vice-Chair and link governor to Reception Class.
