Last week we finished our DT unit on electrical systems and had great fun creating our own doodlers. These are gadgets that use an electrical circuit and a counterweight to produce wiggly patterns or "doodles". We learnt a lot about how to design a product and how to problem solve to make our gadget work better, such as how to position the coloured pens and the counterweight to give the best result. We all loved the results!
