^{The children in Willow Class have settled in really well and have enjoyed exploring our indoor and outdoor environments. It has been lovely to see them becoming more confident in their new surroundings, building friendships and developing positive relationships with the adults around them. The children have been enjoying a range of activities through play and exploration. They have explored our water area, developing their curiosity as they poured, scooped and experimented with different resources. They have also enjoyed growing seeds and learning about how things change and grow. We have been developing our early writing skills through lots of mark making, using different tools and materials to create lines, shapes and patterns. In maths, we have been developing our subitising skills, encouraging the children to recognise small amounts without needing to count each object.}
