I have worked in primary education for nearly 20 years and am currently a Co-Headteacher at another Hertfordshire school. Alongside this role, I also work internally across my Multi-Academy Trust as a Leader of Education - a consultancy role which supports colleagues in other schools to drive positive school improvement. I have a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Primary Education. My son attends Tewin Cowper and I also have a young daughter.
