I have worked in education for over 20 years, undertaking a variety of roles that have shaped my experience, values and passion for teaching and learning. I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and achieve their full potential, regardless of their starting point. I am committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing and aspirational environment where all children feel valued, supported and inspired to succeed.

I was delighted to join the school as Headteacher in September 2025 and, as part of this role, I serve as an ex-officio member of the Governing Body. I am passionate about working collaboratively with governors, staff, families and the wider school community to ensure the very best outcomes for our children.

Outside of school, I am an avid bookworm and love nothing more than getting lost in a good book. I am particularly passionate about fostering a love of reading in children and believe there is a book, author or genre out there that can spark the imagination of every child. One of my greatest joys is helping children discover that special book which opens the door to a lifelong love of reading.
