Having lived in Tewin for 25 years until recently, I have made many connections within the local community. I am delighted to now join the governing board of Tewin Cowper School as a way of contributing my skills to school life and as a way of giving back to the village community.

My professional background is in HR and learning and development, with a special interest in leadership development. Having spent over 20 years in corporate roles, I now work part-time as a freelance executive coach, working with individuals and small groups on their leadership and personal development. Through my coaching work, I have experience of the education, financial services and manufacturing sectors, working with leaders at all levels supporting them to be the best they can be in their roles. On a personal level, I enjoy classical music and singing.
