Mr William Boddy
Born and educated in Hertfordshire, after graduating from University I embarked on a career in finance in the City. I have been a fixed income trader for 17 years, 16 of which have been at the same firm. Since an early age I have been involved in martial arts, specifically Ju-Jitsu, competing at international level and later going on to teach a variety of ages from 6 to adult.
I am one of the school’s parent governors who wanted to serve on the board in order to present fresh ideas and approaches to what is an already extremely well run committee. There is such a huge sense of community, not just at Tewin Cowper but in the village as a whole. I feel being a governor gives me the opportunity to make a valid contribution and ensure the school continues to evolve, allowing its pupils to develop and discover their individual interests and talents.
