The Daily Mile
The Daily Mile is a simple concept - run or walk as far as you can in a 15 minute period!
The Daily Mile is a fully inclusive, free and simple initiative which improves the physical and mental health of children. It's a social activity where the children run or jog, at their own pace, for 15 minutes everyday (aim for between 3 and 5 days) and it is proven to improve focus in the classroom.

The Daily Mile at Home Challenges have been created to help you carry on with the Daily Mile at home and make it even more fun! Each week has 3 focuses for your mile.
