14th October 2021: Tewin Vs Hunsdon Football
On Thursday 14th October, our team played against Hunsdon School. At the start of the match, Hunsdon scored. Bobby, our goal-keeper did some great saves and we had a couple of chances but unfortunately, they stopped us. They had some fast players and they kept having shots on goal. Freddie nearly scored with a free-kick, however, they saved it. At the end of the match, I think Bobby was man of the match for his great saves.
14th October 2021: Tewin Vs Hunsdon Netball
Last Thursday, we played Hunsdon in Netball, it was was very tight and competitive game. Tewin started off with ball and immediately the ball seemed to go in the direction of the Hunsdon hoop. But soon we got it down to our side and our GS scored. It wasn't long until Hudson managed to score..again. So the score was 2-2. Then we scored, breaking the tie, but not for long as then Hunsdon scored again, so we were tied yet again. We then we broke the tie with the GA shooting, but guess what, Hunsdon scored again. When we swapped positions for the last quarter, Hunsdon scored first. We scored with our new GS shooting 3 goals. But Hudson scored Four. At the end we lost 7-8 but it was very close and they were a good team. Everyone did an amazing job in the match but at the end of the day, the person of the match goes to...Ava Fairhall for showing amazing skill after only playing for a few weeks.
