Mrs Lynne Griggs

I have lived in Tewin since 1979. My two children grew up in the village and between them attended the school for fourteen years.

I trained as a Registered Nurse at UCH, London and qualified in 1978. I had a brief respite from nursing for eight years from 1988 to 1996 when I was leader of Tewin Under Fives Group which at the time was based in the school. I really enjoyed my time there before returning to Practice Nursing in a local GP surgery where I continued to work until my recent retirement.

I became a school governor in Sept 2021 and am really pleased to be able to get involved with the school once again. It has always been an important aspect of the village life and is very valued by all who live here.
